This is a set of standards that we expect our employees to adhere to. Our code of conduct helps all our clients, our employees and other stakeholders to understand exactly what we stand for and how they can expect us to conduct ourselves. These include standards of integrity, accountability, responsibility and business conduct. We aim to conduct our business within the framework of applicable professional standards such as those employed by professional bodies including Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), IChemE, IMechE, SaRs, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and applicable regulations in which we conduct business together with OTK policies and standards.

OTK has an international presence in providing engineering consultancy services to meet our client’s needs in any location across the globe. We have dominated customer focus in Europe, UK and Africa with significant success and stabilised growth. Our active agents and established partners have also ensured that OTK has an ever-growing base for our clients in Far East, Australia and the Americas. OTK future growth strategy will be centred on establishing new offices in emerging markets as well as being close to our clients. OTK is pushing the frontiers in the engineering industry. We have a track record of providing advisory services to contractors, operators, insurance inspectors and local authorities. Our technical strengths ensure that we are able to deliver optimised solutions specific for our client’s needs. We pride ourselves in our exceptional work rate and always aim to “add value” to any project, no matter how challenging it is.
Social Responsibilities
OTK is driven to invest in the future of engineering as part of its social responsibility and giving back to the local community. Every year we intend to give a number of university students the opportunity to gain work experience as part of their dissertation project or final year internship
