Following the appropriate induction and training, our new team members have the opportunity to work as part of an experienced OTK team on projects worldwide.
We offer on the job training and ongoing development through early involvement in projects and early responsibility with support from senior consultants. Our wide ranging and international client base ensures our consultants early responsibility and challenge as well as the opportunity to cross-pollinate intellectual property and experience variety of sector best practise.
We ensure our young engineers are developed through a blend of “on-the-job” project experience and job rotation to better expose them to the commercial aspects of the business. We feel that our Graduate Development Program is suitably aligned with the demands of professional associations such as IChemE, IET and IMechE. Our program develops graduates into well rounded individuals able to deliver technically challenging projects and represent OTK globally.
OTK actively encourages our senior consultants to network with industry professionals. Our consultants continue to issue industry papers, attend seminar discussions and strongly participate in global forums.
